CORPUS DELICTI
DE 2026 / Director: Lena Stahl
In the near future, “The Method” regulates health, behavior, and security—even in people’s private lives. Scientist Mia Holl believes in the system—until her brother Moritz is accused of murder. Although the evidence appears conclusive, Mia is convinced of his innocence. When she starts asking questions and conducting her own investigation, she finds herself in the authorities’ crosshairs. Caught between the lab, the courtroom, and the media frenzy, she must decide whom to trust: her colleague, the lawyer Lutz Rosentreter, or the influential journalist Heinrich Kramer. Mia’s search for the truth exposes cracks in a system that leaves no room for doubt. Based on the bestselling novel by Juli Zeh.
Thriller, Language: German, 104 min., rated 12+
