Japanese Journey: A Taste of Autumn
概览
简介
An Autumn Journey Through Japan
From September 28 to October 18, 2026, the Metropol Restaurant will present an exclusive fall edition of its Japanese Journey.
Look forward to a culinary journey of discovery through Japan, where seasonal game ingredients meet Japanese culinary art, traditional techniques, and modern interpretations. For this special edition, our executive chef has created a unique culinary journey that harmoniously blends the flavors of fall with the diversity of Japanese cuisine.
The Japanese Journey is available as a 5- or 8-course menu.
