I like eating, but I prefer stuffing my face! I try to calm down, to cultivate finesse and quality. To eat slower, to go for runs, to remind myself that I've passed the big 4-0 and that it’s probably time to find a bit of inner peace. But well, my pantagruelian appetite for life and food remains stronger than ever.
That’s why I want to invite you to a show that tastes like happy hour! An ode to partying, good food, and pleasure. So we can meet up, raise a glass, nibble on local bites, and have a good laugh. Are there any theories more relevant, or jokes funnier, than the ones made after two glasses of red wine? From the third one on, things go downhill—everyone knows it—but I truly believe Albert Einstein discovered the theory of relativity after two large glasses of local Vaudois Gamaret Garanoir.
It was probably Chateau Margaux instead, but what can I say, I'm a local patriot. Yes, because along with the love of good food, this is also about the love of the land. We'll taste a local wine from wherever I'm performing, whether it's Valais, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Geneva, Jura, the canton of Vaud, or Bavaria... Basically, anywhere willing to host me. We'll talk with grand flair about its color, its aroma, and drop a few silly remarks too, because hey, you're not here to pass a degree in enology.
