Some run for their lives, others run to satisfy their hunger. Who wins the race? The strongest? The clever ones? The faster ones? The meaner ones?
And what comes in at the front has to go out at the back. What happens in between? The burden and pleasure of eating and being eaten - nature provides answers ...
The subsequent aperitif riche takes a culinary approach to the topic - humorous and provocative.
Our series of lectures deals with the cultural and historical contexts surrounding food.
Of course, culinary delights are not to be missed: we round off the evening with a themed aperitif riche and invite you to enjoy and continue the discussion.
