Unzählige Innerrhoderinnen verdienten im 19. und 20. Jahrhundert mit Sticken ihren Lebensunterhalt. Noch heute sticken einige Frauen allerfeinste, kunstvolle Motive und Ornamente; so auch Verena Schiegg, die über die Sommermonate jeden Freitag im Museum Appenzell zu Gast ist. Schauen Sie ihr bei der Arbeit zu und lassen Sie sich die Kunst des Stickens erklären.
