In this two-and-a-half-hour masterclass in the garden of Suvretta House, Dan Brulé introduces the art and power of conscious breathing. Theoretical foundations are combined with practical exercises and a guided breathwork journey.
Programme
After an introduction, gentle movements and breathing exercises prepare participants for an approximately 45-minute breathwork session. A calm integration phase, open Q&A, personal exchange, book signing and light refreshments complete the morning. The masterclass is open to all and requires no prior experience. In case of bad weather it will take place in the Salon Festivo of Suvretta House.
