Tracing the thread of her family’s history, Leili follows in the footsteps of her grandfather, Raymond Yahr, a colonel in the US Air Force and an aviator. From this portrait emerge sensitive and timely reflections on patriotism, war, peace and moral responsibility in the face of technological advances.
Accompanied by the playwright Antoine Jaccoud, Leili weaves together family memory and collective memory within a poetic space that strives towards a world on a human scale.
