Seerenbach Falls – Switzerland’s second-highest waterfall

The Seerenbach Falls are located near Betlis on the sunny northern shore of Lake Walen and can be reached only on foot or by boat. The giant aquatic spectacle can be admired from a nearby viewing platform. At 305 m, the Seerenbach Fall II is the second-highest waterfall. Together, all three Seerenbach Falls are 585 metres in height and come third in the waterfall rankings in Switzerland.

Berglistüber – one of Switzerland’s most beautiful

The rear Glarus valley is a place awash with water: mighty torrents cascade from the mountains all around. The Berglistüber is one such. Foroglio Waterfall – refreshment guaranteed

Foroglio in the Bavona valley is the quintessence of wild beauty combined with Ticino tradition. The diminutive village near the waterfall is composed exclusively of traditional stone houses. And although the whole valley produces a great deal of electricity, none of the houses have any – except in Robiei. The Foroglio Waterfall cascades noisily down 108 metres, offering an impressive spectacle with its refreshing foam and spray.
