Take time out, feel the flow of powerful energy and have fun – that is what you can expect on the Veysonnaz Yoga Trail.
The Yoga Trail takes you into the forest near Magrappé, where you can practice the ancient Indian discipline in a larch forest. Learn about concentration, energy, relaxation and refocusing in the midst of nature, with seven posts dedicated to these four elements. You will find yourself inspired by the surrounding nature and gurgling bisses. “Little Yogi” also takes younger guests on the trail, which is around 980m long and begins at the Vex bisse. Yoga mats can be obtained from Veysonnaz Tourism.
