The TGV Lyria rail link between Paris and Zurich operates six times daily. With speeds of up to 320 km/h, gliding across the countryside at warp speed is an experience to write home about. From the moment the train departs Gare de Lyon in Paris to the moment the doors open at the Zurich main station, some 489 km away, just four hours pass.
