Europe's only 5-star hotel on stilts, with 38 individual, spacious pavilions, half of which offer direct access to the lake. Each pavilion is equipped with whirlpool tubs, Nespresso machines, elegant living areas, terraces or seating areas. Only hotel built on stilts in Europe, the Hotel Palafitte enjoys an exceptional location, right next to Lake Neuchâtel. The exquisite yet simple design has a luxurious aura and gives a sense of well-being. Of the hotel's 38 pavilions, 24 overlook the lake. In the ‘La Table du Palafitte’ restaurant, the Chef awaits you to show you his generous and elegant cuisine, brilliantly oscillating between French gastronomy and Asian fantasy, while allowing himself to be inspired by the treasures of the Neuchâtel terroir. By day or night, the sky merges with the waters of Lake Neuchâtel, and the falling light creates a unique atmosphere in the dining room or on the terrace.
