Intro

On the Alp Es-cha Dadour you can enjoy a wild Tavolata with four courses made from alpine products and wild plants, accompanied by stories from Ela's Wild Kitchen.

Wild tavolata on the alp

The wild tavolata combines fresh products from Alp Es-cha Dadour with wild herbs and trees growing around the hut. In four courses you are served a creative, plant-inspired cuisine with sharing at a long table at its heart.

Flavour and stories

Laura and Ela guide you through the evening, serving pure, wild flavours and inviting you to share the dishes. In between, Ela tells stories and facts about the plants on your plate, opening up a new view of the mountain nature.

Atmosphere at 2,063 m a.s.l.

The tavolata takes place in the cosy "Stüva" of Alp Es-cha Dadour above Madulain. The limited number of seats creates an intimate setting where cuisine, mountain landscape and togetherness are equally in focus.
