Information
Description
Les Trois Rois***** in Basel is one of the oldest city hotels in Europe. Its waterfront location is as unique as Peter Knogl's gourmet cuisine. A meal at the round tables in the Cheval Blanc promises culinary delights, a noble ambience and a spectacular view of the Rhine. Also worthwhile is the view through the small kitchen window in the hallway - here you can watch the top chef and his brigade work their magic. It's really amazing how quietly work is done in this small kitchen.
