Description
The attractive menu at O’ Restaurant changes with the seasons and ingredient availability, and champions local produce. Its food is cooked at low temperatures and dishes are prepared in a minute on the griddle, preserving so many of the authentic flavours.
Fera, crayfish and fish from the lake are turned into fresh and sophisticated dishes, sitting alongside seafood options, such as scallops, prawns and even turbot en papillote, on the menu. Meat lovers will not feel left out either. Whatever you like, there will be something for you to enjoy: beef tartare, double grilled entrecôte, or lamb or veal fillet with tasty sauces, exquisite vegetables or homemade chips.
Carefully made cakes will round off your gourmet adventure. High-quality wines, selected from the best vineyards both in the local area and further afield, pair wonderfully with the dishes being served up.
