The works, primarily created in watercolor and oil, depict alpine landscapes, lakeside views, and floral compositions with delicate use of color and a careful attention to light, conveying intimate and timeless atmospheres.

Born in Solduno on May 10, 1934, Alma Pezzoli has always lived in the Locarno area, between Minusio and Mogno in Lavizzara. With great energy and a practical spirit, she combined family life with a constant passion for drawing and painting, which she has further developed in recent decades through courses and an intensive self-taught journey, resulting in a distinctive and recognizable personal style.
The vernissage, with free admission, will take place on Sunday, May 10, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, accompanied by live music. The event will carry special significance: initiated by the family, it will coincide with the artist’s birthday, celebrating her 92nd year together with the public.
With this exhibition, La Galerie-Caslano reaffirms its commitment to promoting artists connected to the region, fostering dialogue between art, community, and memory.
