Ensemble La Reverdie presents a concert that leads into the sound world of the 13th and 14th centuries. The programme focuses on masterpieces from the Italian and French repertoire, bringing together music, literature and medieval symbolism.
Content
The selected works explore chivalric ideals and the refined language of courtly love. Between sacred and secular dimensions, the programme also evokes nature and the imagery of medieval bestiaries.
