Intro

Namen besser merken. Mit Tipps und Tricks für den Alltag wird die Merkfähigkeit trainiert.

In drei Doppellektionen (17., 24., 31. Oktober) wird in einer Gruppe von 10 Teilnehmenden die Merkfähigkeit trainiert. Spass, Freude am Trainieren und die sozialen Kontakte sind dabei zentral. Die Stunden werden in Einzel- Gruppen- und Plenums Arbeiten geführt. Der Kurs richtet sich an Interessiert Personen ab 50j, welche ihr Gedächtnis fit halten möchten.

Anita Walker ist attestierte Gedächtnistrainerin SVGT und Mitglied beim Schweizerischen Verband für Gedächtnistraining.
