Serlas Viva unites regional producers, culinary delights, and sales under one roof, demonstrating how regional value creation can be experienced in a contemporary way. At this modern meeting place at the entrance to the Upper Engadine, regional specialties, artisanal production, and customer experiences converge.
The afternoon will focus on the idea and development of Serlas Viva, the collaboration with regional partners, and the marketing of regional products. Participants will also gain fascinating insights into the in-house Engadiner Bier brewery and its connection between brewing expertise, regionality, and culinary culture.
