Intro

The Happy Pipers Lucerne, founded in 1973, are the first bagpipe band in Switzerland. Around 15 pipers and drummers have been under the direction of Pipe Major Stephan Müller since 2020.

The First Bagpipeband of Switzerland, better known as the Happy-Pipers Lucerne, was founded in 1973 by Hans Reber and Roman Kaeslin.

The bagpipe band consists of around 15 pipers and drummers and has been under the musical direction of Pipe Major Stephan Müller since May 2020.
