Das Jetzt, der Moment, die Gegenwart: Schnittpunkt zwischen Zukunft und Vergangenheit.

Was ist das Jetzt? Was ist das Besondere am Jetzt? Es ist einmalig, nicht wiederholbar. Das Jetzt, der Moment, die Gegenwart: Schnittpunkt zwischen Zukunft und Vergangenheit.

Wir versuchen, das Jetzt festzuhalten, in Bildern, in Fotos, in Erinnerungen. Und wir versuchen, das Jetzt zu deuten. Aber was ist schon eindeutig? Deuten ist nicht das Vortragen, das Erklären. Deuten ist keine Bauchrede, keine Kolumne, keine Anweisung. Deuten ist weder Schulung noch Predigt, Einführung oder Abhandlung. Deuten ist die Leseart jedes Einzelnen, der das Jetzt auf sich zukommen lässt.

Otto Heigold, geboren 1943, lebt und arbeitet in Luzern. 1964 hat er im Lehrerseminar St. Michael in Zug die Ausbildung zum Zeichenlehrer abgeschlossen. In den Jahren 1970 bis 2008 war Otto Heigold als Professor an der Hochschule Luzern für Design und Kunst aktiv. Mehrmals hat er seine Lehrtätigkeit mit Aufenthalten zur Weiterbildung unterbrochen. So ging er 1996 ins Londoner Atelier von der Stiftung Landis & Gyr. 2001 war er als Gastdrucker in der Lithowerkstatt der Stadt Eichstätt (D) und 2002 im Masereel Druckcenter Kasterlee (B) tätig.
