Stille bewegt
Overview
Intro
In the weeks leading up to Advent, several evenings are set aside for meditation, Christian mysticism, movement, and moments of silence. An invitation to pause, take a breath, and be mindful.
In the run-up to Advent, a variety of evening events invite you to consciously step away from everyday life and find peace. “Silence Moves” combines brief reflections on Christian mysticism with various forms of silence practice. These include meditation, breath awareness, meditative movement, sitting in silence, body prayer, music, texts, and blessings. The focus is not on performance, but on conscious awareness and the experience of being fully present for a moment.
Each evening has a different focus and can be attended independently of the others. No prior experience is necessary. The program is ecumenically open and is aimed at anyone interested who longs for peace, new spiritual inspiration, or simply a moment with less noise and more presence. Registration is not required.
