SUP Switzerland Flatwater Championship 2026

Intro
The Flatwater Championship of SUP Suisse is coming to the Murten region in the Summer of 2026.
The Swiss Stand Up Paddle Flatwater Championship is coming to Salavaux in summer 2026!Over the course of a weekend, the shores of Lake Murten will welcome Switzerland’s top athletes in this discipline to an exceptional setting combining sport, relaxation and a summer atmosphere.
The Swiss SUP Flatwater Championship will be divided into five categories:• Children (under 16)• Junior (16–18 years)• Open (18+)• Master (40+)• Grand Master (50+)
Each race winner will be crowned Swiss champion, whilst the best athlete across all three combined disciplines will be crowned the 2026 Swiss Flatwater Champion.
Alongside the competitions, a social area will be set up in Salavaux featuring a bar, music and a lakeside relaxation zone. Cocktails, draught beers and refreshing drinks will be on offer in a summery atmosphere open to the public.
The bar will be open over two weekends:• 26, 27 and 28 June 2026• 3, 4 and 5 July 2026
Opening hours:Friday: 4.00 pm – midnightSaturday: 10.00 am – 12.00 amSunday: 10.00 am – 10.00 pm
The event will also place a special focus on young people and local sport through various support initiatives and dedicated activities.
