A combination of running and functional exercises in alpine terrain, designed to build endurance and resilience.
The focus is on a steady, sustainable rhythm rather than speed.
The pace is adapted individually, allowing space for conscious movement and exchange.
Together, we explore the Zermatt landscape in a 30 to 60-minute run, including moderate inclines.
Suitable for all levels. You should be able to jog comfortably for 30 to 45 minutes.
