A thrilling morning with a magnificent view awaits you after a hike from the Horneggli mountain station (about 40 minutes).
Good footwear, sure-footedness on unpaved paths, and basic fitness are prerequisites.
The activity lasts about 3 hours, including a ride on the chairlift and the hike to the alpine pasture.
The ticket for the mountain railway is not included and must be organized by the participants.
Requirements
Registration by the day before at 11.00 a.m.
Booking note:
For this family program, at least one child and one adult must book together.
All participating individuals need their own booking.
The explanations will be in German, and it will be possible to translate the main information.
Equipment
Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear good shoes and bring your own food and drink.
Difficulty
The path to the alp is partly steep and unpaved. Good footwear, sure-footedness on unsurfaced paths and a basic level of fitness are required; the trail is suitable for children.

Arrival Information
- Meeting point 9:30 a.m. at the Horneggli valley station in Schönried. A guide will accompany you during the activity and will wait for you at the valley station.
- Joint ride to Horneggli
- Hike to the Alp for about 40 minutes
- After visiting the Alp, there is the option to take the Horneggli cable car back to Schönried, or to hike to Hornberg to
Rinderberg or down to Gstaad.
- Tickets for the cable cars are not included in the offer.
