Immerse in winter. Find peace. Recharge new energy. The winter naturally invites us to slow down.
Immerse in winter. Find peace. Recharge new energy.
The winter naturally invites us to slow down.
Surrounded by snow and forest in the Engelberg mountain world, we spend the day with nature, encounter, and tranquility. We hike through the winter landscape, pause, eat together, and take time to perceive the stillness around us. Afterwards, we dive into a two-hour Movement to Stillness workshop.
With intuitive movement, dance, and stillness, we turn our attention inward – we listen to the body, follow our intuition, and explore movement without needing to do anything right. An opportunity to slow down, recharge new energy, and reconnect with ourselves during the winter months.
My work incorporates my training and many years of experience in contemporary dance, yoga, and meditation, as well as over 20 years of experience teaching movement. It is particularly important to me to create a safe, non-judgmental, and uncomplicated space where everyone feels welcome.
