Marmot Weekend
Overview
Intro
Marmots are among the most fascinating mountain animals. Over this weekend, we’ll have plenty of time to observe the adorable creatures.
On Saturday, participants will arrive at the center between 1:00 PM and 1:45 PM, followed by a welcome at 2:00 PM. Then, we’ll take a short excursion in the area around the center. In a playful way, we’ll learn fascinating facts about the lives and behaviors of marmots. On Sunday, not far from the center, we’ll observe the marmots eating, playing, and relaxing. With a bit of luck, we might even spot young marmots that have only recently ventured out of their burrows for the first time. The weekend will conclude around 3:00 PM.
