Learn on site why the City of Schaffhausen creates wetlands in the forest, how they are maintained, and what contribution they make against drought, flooding, and habitat loss. You will also gain exciting insights into how the forest in the Spitzwiesental is managed sustainably and prepared for the challenges of climate change.
Together we explore the Spitzwiesental on a circular walk of about 3 km, stopping at various stations to gain interesting insights.
The tour takes place in all weather conditions. Appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear are required.
