Jane-Lise and Pierrick Suter love good products and want to please their guests in a convivial setting. The welcome is elegant but warm: this quality accompanies all stages of this top-level taste experience.

Single dishes are available from the menu card but also as an entire menu to be shared by all guests around a table. The “tasting” menu is representative of the flavours to be enjoyed, whereas the surprise menu is for taste adventurers. Either menu offers fine, inventive and tasty dishes. Ever faithful to his spontaneity, chef Suter may add unforeseen but welcome little titbits to the range of dishes.

Their wine card is one of the most complete in the entire canton. Thanks to the sommelier, guests find their way among this vast choice that is representative of all wine-growing regions, be they Swiss or foreign.
