Via Gastronomica
Intro
The whole point of the Via Gastronomica is culinary indulgence. Hikers walk part of the trail between each course. You can choose your own hiking route from the Furtschellas station into Val Fex and the three restaurants are the only fixed points along the way.
The treat for the taste buds begins at the La Chüdera restaurant. From there, the trail continues into Val Fex, crossing a glacial lake and the Piz Chüern summit or via Marmoré down to Hotel Sonne Fex, depending on the route chosen. The view varies as the hike progresses, changing from the lake panorama to blooming Alpine meadows and the idyllic Val Fex. The main course awaits in Hotel Sonne Fex. You then continue over Fex Platta to the wildly romantic gorge trail and down to Sils Maria. The charming La Passarella restaurant in the idyllic village square serves delicious sweet dishes made in its own kitchens.
