Description

Superbly located in the residential part of Lausanne, on the shores of lake Geneva, surrounded by 10 acres of gardens. Yet only 5 minutes away from the centre and 35 minutes from the international airport Geneva-Cointrin. The exclusive concept of Cinq Mondes welcomes you to a unique spa experience on over 1,500 sqm. It offers 8 treatment rooms and one exclusive Spa Suite with private garden, one indoor and one outdoor swimming pool as well as a fully equipped gym. This place of well-being has gathered together a marvellous array of truly authentic and traditional treatments of the very highest quality from the entire world.

When the weather is good, the ceremony can be held in the four hectare park, and drinks can be served outside, too, allowing everyone to enjoy the romantic view of Lake Geneva and the Alps in the background. Dinner is generally served in one of the majestic ballrooms, providing a very special backdrop sure to make the day unforgettable not only for the bride and groom, but also for every guest. “Le Montreux”, our Belle-Époque paddle steamer, is also available as a quaint drinks venue or even for the civil ceremony (recognised by the Lausanne registry office). Whether you choose to celebrate on water or on land, our wedding planners will anticipate your every wish, while keeping discretely to the sidelines on this joyous yet intimate day.

The walls of this majestic building could tell 1001 stories ... about defining moments in history – such as the signing of pioneering treaties – about artists seeking inspiration, about royal families and famous celebrity guests. The legendary Beau-Rivage Palace guards many secrets. Classed as one of the best hotels in Europe, it is made up of two buildings connected via the so-called La Rotonde, built in 1908. Between 2012 and 2014, the renowned interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon oversaw the renovation of all the rooms. He chose many pastel colours and introduced mirror effects so as to bring the calming atmosphere of the lake right into the heart of the 5-star hotel.

In order to improve its infrastructure and better satisfy your needs, the Cinq Mondes spa will relocate from October 2019 to March 2020, to allow for its renovation.8 treatment rooms including 2 doubles, the fitness room as well as the hairdresser and the boutique will be located on the ground floor of the hotel. During this period, swimming pools, the jacuzzi and wet areas (sauna and steam room) will not be available. We apologize for these inconveniences and look forward to welcoming you to a completely redesigned spa for your well-being in the spring of 2020. The entire Cinq Mondes Spa will be only closed from October 7th to 9th 2019 due to its relocation.

From the motorway, exit "Lausanne Sud", following the avenue of Rhodanie, make a left turn at the Castle (avenue of Ouchy), then take the first road on your right hand side, into the chemin of Beau-Rivage, you will find directly the Beau-Rivage Palace.
