Tschiertschen
Intro
In the heart of the mountains of Graubünden not far from Chur lies the village of Tschiertschen, with views extending far into the Schanfigg Valley.
Tschiertschen lies on a high plateau on the left side of the valley in lower Schanfigg. With its wonderfully sunny terraces, flowering meadows, expansive Alpine pastures and stretches of forest, the deep valley which connects Chur with Arosa is a veritable paradise for those who love nature. The village of Tschiertschen is situated at an altitude of 1,350m, though the community as a whole extends up to the Parpan Weisshorn at 2,776m above sea level.
