Andermatt has always been something of a melting pot of different languages and cultures and for centuries, people from all around the world have found their way to the Ursern Valley. Nestled between peaks and passes, lakes and cliffs, this place serves as a central hub between different cantons and countries and also between different cultures. Families, friends, couples and groups come to the resort all year round to enjoy adventures in the mountains, sport, a spot of culture, a chance to kick back and relax or to attend one of the town’s packed calendar of events. Our impressive conference centre offers six event rooms and a state-of-the-art concert hall with a maximum capacity of 700 persons. Our facilities also include four well-equipped meeting rooms and two board rooms for events such as seminars, celebrations and conferences. Andermatt boasts good transport links, with a journey time of 90 minutes to Zurich and 120 minutes to Milan.

Getting there

The Radisson Blu Hotel boasts a beautiful location in the center of Andermatt, a charmingly authentic Swiss village tucked away in the scenic Ursern Valley. Stay in the heart of the Swiss Alps, halfway between Zurich and Milan and just 30 kilometers from Lake Lucerne. Enjoy easy access to the ski lifts and slopes of the adjoining SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun, as well as the nearby mountain, Gemsstock. In the summer, golf enthusiasts can play the Andermatt Swiss Alps Golf Course, an 18-hole course designed by architect Kurt Rossknecht. Just 2 kilometers from our Andermatt ski resort, you can also marvel at the mythical, daunting Devil’s Bridge spanning the sheer-sided Schöllenen Gorge. If you wish to explore more of this stunning area of Switzerland, there are bus and train stations less than 1 kilometer from the hotel. We also offer complimentary parking if you plan to drive yourself.
