Intro

Erfahren und üben Sie Achtsamkeit im Dialog mit Werken aus der Sammlung.

Auf dem meditativen Rundgang durch die aktuelle Sammlungsausstellung des Aargauer Kunsthauses entstehen achtsame Begegnungen mit Kunst und mit sich selbst. Der einstündige Rundgang lädt ein, Werke auf eine neue, transformative Art zu erleben, die Sinne zu schärfen und innezuhalten. Angeleitet wird dieses Angebot von der Projektleiterin des Vereins Mindful Art Encounters Andrea Mock.

Die Veranstaltung ist Teil der Aktionswoche «Innehalten» die vom 17. bis 24. Oktober 2026 in Aarau, Baden, Biel und Bern stattfindet.

Mit Brigitte Haas, Luca Klett, Astrid Näff oder Ursula Meier, Kunsthistorikerinnen
