Events in Lucerne – Lake Lucerne - Advent Christmas festivals and market 2025

The craft market takes place every first Saturday from April to December.

The Lozärner Wiehnachtsmärt attracts visitors with a sky of shining poinsettias, the scents of gingerbread, spices, punch and mulled wine, as well as a large supporting program.

Around 1500 LED lamps illuminate the path of lights at the foot of Baarburg Castle. The path of lights can be walked from November 25, 2022 to January 8, 2023.

The main attraction was the parade of over 30 large tractors and agricultural machinery decorated with fairy lights.

Visit the traditional Stans Christmas market at the Stanserhornbahn/Rosenburg area.

The Lucerne carol singers parade through the old town with songs and lights. They perform a Christmas play in three squares and spread a contemplative atmosphere for the fourth Advent.
