Exercise for Memory: Exercise is important for our brains. We’ll have lots of fun training our memories together, using Brain Gym exercises and specific movement games, among other activities. This course is especially suited for seniors.
Dates: Thursdays, August 20 through December 10, 2026, 2:00–2:50 p.m. (14 sessions)
No classes on: October 8 and 15 (fall break) and November 26, 2026 (Ustermärt)
