In a unique mixture of spoken word and live music, Pedro Lenz tells of Maradona's childhood in precarious circumstances, his rise to world stardom, his escapades, his drug addiction, his years in Naples and Barcelona, his retreat, his failure - the immortal myth. Pedro Lenz is accompanied by pianist and composer Simon Ho, whose playing captures the atmosphere of Argentina and the complexity of Maradona's life. The result is an intense stage play full of poetry, rhythm and emotion.
