Christmas in the Heart of Thun: From Friday, November 27, through Wednesday, December 23, 2026, the approximately 50 festively decorated wooden huts at the Thun Christmas Market invite you to explore them.

At the Thun Christmas Market, the downtown area takes on a festive atmosphere. Around the Waisenhaus and Mühleplatz, the alleys are transformed into an enchanting Christmas paradise that delights people from the region and from far and wide. Whether you’re a Thun resident, a tourist, or a Christmas market lover—everyone will find festive inspiration here and a place to linger.

Stroll among the beautifully lit little huts in search of special products.
