Intro

A gourmet experience centered around tartare.

The ever-popular tartare is coming aboard the historic BAM train. A three-course menu that showcases this culinary creation and allows you to discover two variations (three if you count the dessert, which also echoes the idea of a tartare…). A menu created, composed, and prepared by Chef Stéphane Brioschi, Les Artisans Cuisiniers à Bière.

Departure from Morges at 7:25 p.m., arrival in Bière at 9:51 p.m. Return by regular train at 10:03 p.m. Arrival in Morges at 10:35 p.m.
