Workshop: Storycraft – The invisible grid of storytelling
Overview
Intro
Learn how to use plots to create stories that resonate and persuade.
All great stories have underlying patterns. Events follow defined sequences, driven by a larger scheme. Stories are endless, but the number of plots is limited. Learn what plots are and how to master them. This workshop is run by Cristian Violatti (Author and Public Speaker).
Storycraft is an afternoon workshop on one of the most powerful storytelling devices: plots.
What is a plot?
Plots are archetypal themes that give meaning to stories by linking actions, choices, and conflicts into a satisfying narrative arc; they drive characters and readers from the beginning to the end.
Who is this Workshop for?
Anyone who wants to communicate more effectively: educators, presenters, public speakers, and storytellers of all kinds. Learn to structure ideas so they resonate and persuade.
