To always treat you and satisfy you, Café PAPON exchange cards every 5 to 6 weeks. Each of our cards consists of fifteen dishes. This allows us to select products of great freshness, which change with the seasons, the market and the terroir.

Pour toujours vous régaler et vous satisfaire, Le Café PAPON change les cartes toutes les 5 à 6 semaines. Chacune de nos cartes est composée d’une quinzaine de plats. Cela nous permet de sélectionner des produits d’une grande fraîcheur, qui évoluent au gré des saisons, du marché et du terroir.
Ainsi l’équipe de cuisine peut se concentrer sur les mets que nous avons sélectionné spécialement pour vous et dispose du temps nécessaire pour cuisiner dans la pure tradition bons nombres de mets mijotés comme jadis et que nous affectionnons particulièrement.
Everyone knows and speaks the Café Papon , as it is linked to the life of Geneva (1808) . Since July 2005 after six months of closure for renovation, David FELISAZ Christophe BERNERD aided by a team working to restore this historic and magical all the nobility it deserves.
Facing the Treille oldest promenade of the city (1767) with the longest bench in the world (120m) , is located the official chestnut tree whose first bud announces the spring. Overlooking the Parc des Bastions and the Place Neuve, we are at the heart of the historic city of Geneva, near the lower streets where shops and department stores installed.
