Asparagus ragout with chicken
Intro
It’s asparagus season! This healthy dish is quick and easy to prepare and tastes delicious.
Step 1
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Fry meat in portions for about 3 minutes, remove, season. Wipe fat from pan.
Step 2
If necessary, add a little oil. Fry mushrooms and asparagus for approx. 5 minutes. Add stock and single cream, bring to the boil, reduce heat. Simmer on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes until asparagus softens.
Step 3
Add meat and tarragon, season, heat without bringing to the boil.
Serve with:Pasta or rice
