Restaurant with regional specialities, meat and cheese fondues, raclette etc. A summer and winter resort, San Bernardino is located on the A13, about two hours from Zurich and Milan.

Just like the name says: the Bellevue offers gorgeous views. For the past 170 years, the hotel has stood in the middle of the picturesque vacation resort of San Bernardino on the sunny south side of the Alps. Family-run by the proprietors with much pride. Neat and friendly rooms that feature a playful mix of the modern and traditional. Wood and granite create a cosy atmosphere. Enjoy a large selection of cheese fondues and fondue chinoise at the popular restaurant. There is also a cosy in-house bar for spending the evening.

Getting there

San Bernardino is the main Winter tourist centre of Italian Switzerland. It is located at 1626 m above sea level on the Southern slopes of the Alps. The certainty of snow and the rich Alpine flora make this village a favourite spot for Nature lovers and those in quest of peace. Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, skating, hiking, mountain-biking, tennis, mountain excursions, fishing, a swimming-pool and the lake for bathing are just some of the activities that San Bernardino has to offer. Moreover Il Moesano has various monuments of national importance, museums, grottoes, etc.
