Intro
An intensive aroma workshop with Simona Casaulta combines forest bathing in the Tais Swiss pine forest with creating personal blends from pure essential oils.
Content
Inspired by the Japanese practice «Kaori o kiku» – listening to scent – this workshop focuses on the subtle qualities of conifers, alpine herbs and clear mountain air. Guided by aroma consultant Simona Casaulta, you create your own personal fragrance blend in the studio using pure essential oils from Farfalla.
Programme
- Scent walk and forest bathing in the Tais Swiss pine forest
- Smell training with needles, resins and essential oils
- Introduction to the effects and uses of essential oils and hydrolats
- Basics of scent perception and blending of recipes
- Creation of a body oil, a roll-on and a room spray
The workshop combines aroma practice with nature experience and offers time for breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Participants take home their individually crafted products and the soothing essence of the mountain forest.
