Balboa brings its holistic fitness philosophy to Zermatt for the first time, combining strength training, cardio, and group experiences into a motivating and sustainable workout.
It is now well established that strength training should be an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. However, knowledge does not necessarily lead to action.
Balboa provides insights and tools to help you make strength training your fun and effective ally. Balboa coaches are experts in group fitness and are coming to Zermatt for the first time with their expertise in movement and health.
Balboa is renowned for its holistic approach to movement and group fitness.
As well as strength training, we offer a wide range of movement classes, including cardio, yoga, Pilates, outdoor runs and much more. We believe in the power of the group, because it's more fun to experience something collectively than alone.
