Every Wednesday through Saturday evening, starting at 6:00 p.m., we light the fire and prepare a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients. From burgers with homemade sourdough buns to salads—which we recommend pairing with our summer cocktails and natural wines: Come and enjoy this Zermatt summer dinner experience!
