Zwölf verschiedene Sennen zeigen die Käseproduktion auf ihren Alpen und laden Sie herzlich ein, mehr über das Leben auf der Alp zu erfahren und die Alperzeugnisse aus Kuh- und Geissenmilch vor Ort zu degustieren. Eine Wanderung im Alpstein und eine Einkehr in den Alpwirtschaften oder in einem der zahlreichen Berggasthäuser runden den einmaligen Alpsteintag ab.
