Intro
Want to improve your mountain biking skills in a spectacular setting?
**Led by a Swiss Cycling-certified instructor**, the workshops at Leysin Bike Park enable you to make **rapid progress** whilst having maximum fun on the trails. You’ll learn the **essential techniques of downhill mountain biking**: riding position, effective braking, cornering, reading the terrain and speed control.
You’ll also discover **pumping** and **jumping techniques**, with a programme tailored to each participant’s ability. The aim: to build confidence, improve your flow and ride with greater control, safety and excitement.
Whether you want to **feel more comfortable** on your mountain bike or **gain confidence on the descents**, this day is made for you. All in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
