Aus dem Leben einer Baselbieter Posamenterin.

Bei der Theaterführung in der Ausstellung «Seidenband. Kapital, Kunst & Krise» lernen Sie die Seidenbandweberin Elsbeth aus dem Föiflibertal kennen. Sie nimmt Sie mit auf eine Reise ins Baselbiet der 1930er- und 1940er-Jahre. Die Posamenterin berichtet aus ihrem Alltag am Webstuhl: Wer brachte die Seide auf die Landschaft, welche beruflichen Möglichkeiten hatten die Jugendlichen damals und welche Arbeit mussten Kinder erledigen?
