Information
Description
San Marzano is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria in Horgen that offers classic and signature pizzas. The dough rests for at least 24 hours so that we can bring out its flavor and texture to the fullest.
All pizzas are baked for 60 to 90 seconds at 430° in a handmade Moretti Forni oven. We use the finest Italian ingredients for our pizzas, antipasti, and desserts. We primarily use DOP & IGP foods (Denominazione d’Origine Protetta & Indicazione Geografica Tipica)—products with protected designations of origin. To complement our specialties, prepared with great passion, we offer the perfect wine pairings from our small but exquisite Italian wine cellar.”
