This modern holiday home (built in 2011) is located just a 2-minute walk from the train station and the valley station of the Marguns/Corviglia cable car – perfect for ski camps, hiking trips, and sports groups. Thanks to an elevator and wheelchair-accessible facilities, it is also suitable for groups with physically impaired guests.
The house offers 16 comfortable rooms, each with a private bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) – ideal for school classes, clubs, and camp groups. The spacious professional kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: stove, large Tepanyaki grill plate, Convotherm steamer, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, commercial dishwasher, and storage room are all available, allowing for easy self-catering.
For your activities, the basement features a large ski and bike storage room as well as a bright playroom. Outside, a wide meadow invites you to play and relax. Plenty of parking is available in the private underground garage and in front of the house.
This holiday home is exclusively rented to self-catering groups – individual room bookings are not possible.
